Steve Dines, President and CEO
Steve joined mSilica as President and CEO in May 2009. Previously he served as President and CEO of Azanda Network Devices and prior to that Excess Bandwidth Corp., managing the latter’s acquisition by Virata Corporation in 2000. He spent eight years with Cirrus Logic as Vice President and General Manager of the Mass Storage Business Unit. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of product planning and strategic marketing positions at Advanced Micro Devices in the US and Europe. Steve holds a BSc in electrical engineering from the University of Leeds and a MSc in communication engineering from the University of Manchester.

Tushar Dhayagude, Co-founder and VP Sales and Marketing

Tushar co-founded mSilica in 2006 and has served as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing since that time. During his tenure he has been instrumental in raising Series A and Series B investments of $6M and $14.3M respectively as mSilica’s Interim CEO. Prior to mSilica, he managed the Power Application Design Center and Americas Marketing groups at National Semiconductor Corp. Previously, he was at Maxim Integrated Products as a Business Manager in the Info-Communications Business Unit. He holds several patents, has published techno-commercial papers and presented at leading LED conferences worldwide. Tushar holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Masters of Engineering Management from the same institution.  He also holds a MSEE from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and BSEE from the University of Mumbai.

Dilip S., CTO and VP Engineering

Dilip co-founded mSilica in 2006 and has served as its CTO and Vice President of Engineering since that time. He developed mSilica’s original technology and product architecture and is responsible for its continued evolution. Dilip has spent over 20 years in the semiconductor industry in design, management, CAD, product definition and applications roles at Maxim Integrated Products, National Semiconductor and Digital Equipment Corp. During his industry tenure, he has released over 50 IC products that have generated well over $1 billion dollars in revenue. These products include audio CODECs, LED drivers, battery management ICs and microcontrollers. He holds over 12 patents in circuit and system design. Dilip holds a MSEE from University of Illinois and a BSEE from the Birla Institute of Technology.

Surender Zutshi, Vice President Operations

Surender joined mSilica in October 2009 as Vice President Operations. Previously, he was Vice President Operations for Active-Semi Inc. He has over 32 years of experience in operations & engineering management, including sixteen years in overseas assignments as a senior executive in the United Kingdom, China, Philippines, Singapore, India and Israel. During his career he has had operating and engineering management responsibilities at GEM Services, Inc, TEMIC/Siliconix, Intersil and American Micro Systems. Surender holds a BSEE from Bangalore University.

Hendrik Santo, mSilica Founding Member and Fellow
Hendrik joined mSilica in 2006 and is a Founding Member and Fellow of the company. Prior to mSilica he was Director of Engineering for the Power Management technology group at Marvell Technology. Hendrik has over 20 years of experience as a power management technologist, system architect and integrated circuit designer. He brings to mSilica innovations in hybrid intelligent control systems and power management that have led to the development of many new technologies including Adaptive Power Scaling. Earlier in his career he was Director of Worldwide Design within General Semiconductor’s power management group.  He has also worked at Analog Devices, Linear Technology and National Semiconductor. He is an author of more then 20 patents in the field of power management. Hendrik graduated from Iowa State University with BSEE and MSEE degrees.

Tony Suzer, Executive Director of Global Sales
Tony joined mSilica in 2007 and currently serves as Executive Director of Global Sales. Prior to mSilica, he was a member of the business management team responsible for display and battery charger products in the Power Management Products Group at Maxim Integrated Products. Tony has global responsibility for all field activities, which includes direct and representative sales, distribution, and customer service. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles.
