mSilica’s family of general illumination LED drivers offer intelligent system control for applications with multiple parallel LED arrays such as infrastructure lighting (street, tunnel, parking garage, etc.), fluorescent tube replacements, and solar/off grid lighting.  mSilica’s patented Adaptive Power Scaling technology results in significant power savings.  The LED drivers incorporate functionality for dynamic white point setting, color mixing, and brightness control.  On-chip monitoring automatically adjusts for aging, faults, and thermal effects.

mSilica offers assembled and fully tested LED driver boards intended for evaluation and prototyping.  Boards support LED current programming, individual string control, status register monitoring, dimming control (internal or external) via USB interface to a PC running mSilica's Graphical User Interface (GUI) software.  Load boards and power supply boards are also available.
