Intelligent LED Drivers

for Flat Panel Monitor Applications

 

mSilica’s monitor family of LED drivers offer highest integration, reducing the overall system cost and size while offering the widest dimming range (5,000:1), and the most flexible dimming control in the industry. These compact drivers can drive 16-parallel strings of high power LEDs (up to 10 LEDs per String) and can sink up to 30mA per string with internal current control MOSFETs.  These devices are available in SOP package for use in wave solder manufacturing.

mSilica offers assembled and fully tested LED driver boards intended for evaluation and prototyping.  Boards support LED current programming, individual string control, status register monitoring, dimming control (internal or external) via USB interface to a PC running mSilica's Graphical User Interface (GUI) software.  Load boards and power supply boards are also available.
